“My name is Fatma Zaibi. I am a first-year student majoring in Strategic Management in Russia, and every day I strive to become the best version of myself.
I chose Russia because of the opportunities it offers: high-quality education, practical professional internships, and an environment that constantly motivates me to grow and go beyond my limits. But for me, it is not only about education — it is a journey of personal development.
Today, I have two important responsibilities: I represent the Tunisian community in Belgorod, and I also represent international students in the city. Being a voice, a role model, and a source of support for others is a responsibility that inspires me every day.
My journey is about constantly challenging myself: adapting to a new culture, travelling, stepping outside my comfort zone, earning certificates and winning medals in basketball. Every experience makes me stronger and more confident.
I believe in one thing: success is not a matter of chance. It is the result of hard work, discipline, and perseverance. Every day, I choose to become better, more competitive, and never give up.
To all students studying abroad, I wish you courage, patience, and confidence in yourselves. The challenges you are facing today will become your victories tomorrow.
