This family’s story is one of knowledge, mutual support, and a shared commitment to growth.
Maria Andelson Domingos da Conceiсao graduated from Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov in 2015 with a degree in Electrical Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Today, he works as a Senior Engineering Manager at Dar Angola, an international engineering and inspection company. Over the course of his career, he has progressed from designing electrical installation projects to holding senior management positions at major companies. In his view, true success is built not only on knowledge, but also on integrity, discipline, commitment to one’s principles, and a constant desire to become better.
His wife, Maria Vanesa Domingush, graduated from Belgorod State University in 2019. Today, she runs her own business selling clothing, footwear, and accessories while continuing to work as a translator. Vanesa says that her years of studying and living in Russia helped shape her entrepreneurial mindset and gave her confidence in her abilities.
“The eight years I spent in Russia became a time of profound change for me. It was there that a new version of myself emerged — with a new outlook on life, new goals, and confidence in my abilities,” the graduate recalls.
Today, the couple continue to build their careers, develop their business, and look back warmly on their student years, their professors, and the time that became an important part of their lives.
Their advice to today’s students is simple: study with the future in mind. Education is the foundation upon which professional success, personal growth, and new opportunities are built.
