Today, we would like to introduce you to a graduate of Belgorod State University whose professional career is closely connected with the development of pharmaceutical education, research, and international academic cooperation.
“Education does not change the world directly — it changes the people who change the world.”
Dilshod Shukhratovich Sabirov, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences (PhD), graduated from Belgorod State University in 2021. He currently serves as Dean of the International and Medical Faculty at Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute. He began his professional career as an academic coordinator, later served as Deputy Dean, and now leads one of the Institute’s leading faculties.
His studies at Belgorod State University became an important stage in his professional and academic development. The knowledge he acquired, his research experience, and the international academic environment helped shape his contemporary approach to educational management, scientific development, and international cooperation.
Under his leadership, a joint educational programme with Belgorod State University is currently being implemented. As part of the programme, more than 30 university lecturers travel to Tashkent each year to teach courses and help prepare students in accordance with international academic standards. In recognition of his contribution to the development of cooperation between the two universities and the strengthening of educational ties between Russia and Uzbekistan, he serves as an Honorary Ambassador of Belgorod State University to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Dilshod Shukhratovich’s journey is an inspiring example of how education can become a foundation for professional growth, academic achievement, and new opportunities for international cooperation.
